We collect and retain information about you only for specific business purposes. Upon your request, we will tell you why we are collecting or retaining your information. Although every effort is made to ensure that we use the most recent technology, we cannot provide any guarantees of protection against every unforeseen circumstances, including Acts of God, computer malfunctions, or computer hacking.

Not a Credit Repair Company

UAC is not a credit repair company. Customers do not pay UAC to help them improve their credit. The only credit benefits customers receive result from making their payments in a timely manner and otherwise performing under their contract with UAC.
